Eligibility

According to regulations of China Security Regulation Commission, currently only Chinese citizen, legal person of corporation and other organizations registered in Mainland China is eligible for opening a future trading account.

Individual investor must be 18 or older, with full civil capacity.

Client is required to open an account with authentic, legitimate and effective identity. Besides, client must assure the legitimacy of source of funding.

Corporate client must assure the authenticity, legitimacy and effectiveness of Corporate Business License, identification card and other documents.

Signing an application

Individual client must sign his/her own account application documents, agent will not be eligible to represent the client to sign the application documents.

Legal person and other organizations can authorize agent to process and sign the application documents. The corporate should represent authentic, legitimate and effective authorization letter to BOCI futures.
